Founder, ClaimTrax
Remko is an independent field adjuster with experience across more than 14,000 claims. That background in insurance adjusting eventually led him to build a team writing estimates for roofing contractors.
How ClaimTrax started
In 2021, a large roofing company in Columbus, Ohio asked whether his team also handled supplementing. That question turned into a supplementing operation almost overnight, and several more roofing companies soon followed.
As volume grew, the team ran on spreadsheets, Google Docs and manual processes. Their standard was to contact the insurance company every 48 hours. Eventually the volume outgrew anything those tools could track reliably.
Claims started falling through the cracks. Some went more than 20 days without a follow-up, and the company lost a contractor because claims weren't being worked consistently. That became the reason ClaimTrax was built.

ClaimTrax wasn't built as a product for sale. It started as an internal tool, used and refined for more than three years to manage real claims, follow-ups, insurance communication and supplement workflows.
