How to use it
One row per claim. A next follow-up on every one.
- 1. Add each open claim. Claim number and claimant are the minimum.
- 2. Pick a status and an owner, so everyone knows who's moving it.
- 3. Always set a next follow-up date. Anything 48 hours past it turns red.
- 4. Fill in the dollar columns as the estimate, supplement and approval come in.
When you outgrow it
A spreadsheet tracks claims. It doesn't move them.
